Kamiar Duck and David Conger co-founded Cade Capital Group in 2021, a Dallas, TX based private investment company focused on providing access to attractive, return-focused opportunities with affordable minimum investments.  The partners have a combined 30 years of business experience with the most recent six years as co-founders and owners of Cade Energy Partners, a successful privately held oil & gas company based in Dallas, TX.  Mr. Duck’s primary responsibilities include the sourcing and underwriting of investment opportunities and the management of financial operations.

Prior to Mr. Duck’s co-founding of Cade Energy Partners, he held a successful six-year career in corporate finance with experience in financial planning & analysis, internal auditing and managerial accounting.  He worked for an affiliate of publicly held Mammoth Energy Services, a fully integrated infrastructure and oilfield services business, where he participated with the company’s $116 million initial public offering.  Before joining Mammoth, Mr. Duck worked for MoneyGram International, a billion dollar publicly held company and leader in the global money transfer remittance business.

Mr. Duck is an undergraduate of the Sam Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.  He earned his Master in Business Administration graduating with honors from the University of Dallas while working full time.

David Conger and Kamiar Duck co-founded Cade Capital Group in 2021, a Dallas, TX based private investment company focused on providing access to attractive, return-focused opportunities with affordable minimum investments.  The partners have a combined 30 years of business experience with the most recent six years as co-founders and owners of Cade Energy Partners, a successful privately held oil & gas company based in Dallas, TX.  Mr. Conger’s primary responsibilities include the sourcing and identifying of new investment opportunities and the management of business development.

Prior to Mr. Conger’s co-founding of Cade Energy Partners, he founded Conger Exploration, LLC and spent six successful years working in the oil & gas industry.  He had worked with Cimmaron Field Services as an independent landman residing both in Cambridge, Ohio and Midland, Texas.  While living in Midland, Mr. Conger’s territory included numerous counties across west Texas and southeastern New Mexico where he specialized in due diligence, title curative work, mineral classified lands and cursory lease checks.

Mr. Conger is an undergraduate of the Sam Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.  He earned his Registered Landman Certificate from the Institute of Energy Management while working full time.
